Chairman of a prestigious global financial services firm needs an experienced high level 2nd Assistant to join his team. Reporting directly to his 1st Assistant, the ideal candidate should have a degree and unwavering experience supporting a high profile professional. Candidate must have a sharp, analytical mentality, demonstrate an exceptional level of poise and professionalism, and have an excellent work ethic. MUST have thick skin, experience working alongside strong personalities and thrive when staying on top of ever-changing priorities. The ideal Assistant will be naturally personable, have a well-developed business sense and a dedicated work ethic to deliver high standards of excellence.
